Eagle's nest is a cozy 3BD home near downtown with a hot tub overlooking the harbor and skyline, and our weekends often book out far in advance. When we have a weekday gap between booked weekends, we sometimes offer special weekday value pricing so more families can enjoy the home without paying peak weekend rates.
Weekday value rates are already heavily discounted, so we aren’t able to include additional complimentary upgrades or negotiate paid add-ons. Optional services (including early check in and late check out) remain available at the standard rates listed. Check-in times are strictly observed due to same-day turnovers.
Weekday specials are offered in good faith, and we ask that guests meet that with the same respect and courtesy.
