The space
Our unique property is inside Glutes 317, an open-air gym designed to look like a modern, roofless warehouse featuring 10 shipping container mini-gyms. This wellness-focused stay is just minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Enjoy the rooftop decks, sauna, tanning bed access, shower house with private restrooms, and a free class/pass to use in the gym. Truly one of a kind.

Free parking on site. Guests can enjoy the seating on the 2 rooftop decks and have access to the private infrared sauna, tanning bed, and the open-air gym. You can join a small-group class or enjoy private gym time when classes aren’t in session. Being within walking distance of downtown Indianapolis, this property combines a peaceful, fitness-focused retreat with all the excitement of the city.

Other things to note
Our amenities offer the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation during your stay. Individual showers and toilets are conveniently located in the nearby shower house. The common area rooftop decks provide lounge seating with high-top tables, bar stools, and lounge chairs making for a relaxing spot to socialize and take in the views. For snacks and refreshments, the Beverage Box is stocked with snacks and minifridge items. In the common area, enjoy a ping pong table, cornhole, an outdoor bar, or a cozy firepit. You’ll also have the option to use our outdoor projector for movie nights under the stars. These shared spaces are thoughtfully designed to make your stay as enjoyable and inviting as possible.
