Wonderfully located apartment! We were able to walk to every sight we needed to see- Vatican, coliseum, etc. we found two beds clean and comfortable, good shower water pressure, laundry, and the host was very responsive for key pickup etc. lovely. Sunny. Kitchen was tiny so it was a bit difficult to work mic magic in there but with so many good places to eat in Rome, it worked out well.
Frederico a été en contact régulièrement avec nous afin d'organiser notre séjour dans son appartement.
L'appartement était tout a fait conforme au descriptif donne et idéalement situe pour un séjour touristique de Rome.
Great location, clean and comfy. Easy to communicate and make arrangements. Highly recommended.
This apartment was in a fantastic area to be able to get anywhere in Rome. It was large enough for my whole family, 3 adults and 3 kids under 7. It was a wonderful way to experience Rome.
Federico welcomed us in a perfect fashion. His place is a typical Roman apartment, situated in the heart of Rome, and it is very easy to feel at home in his district. We loved our cappucino in the morning just down from his apartment.
Great location in Rome, close to the Spanish steps, tons of restaurants and shopping, and the A/C worked (it was 35 outside when we were there)! Federico went out of his way to accommodate a last minute arrival change (within the same day)

About the Host, Federico
I am a graduated student in Economics, finishing a master in International Management at Bocconi University in Milan. I have spent a quite long period of time in China (I get a Msc at Fudan University in Shanghai) Thailand and Malaysia, where I worked for a Rocket Internet e-commerce venture. During my long stays in Asia I have extensively traveled around the region using Airbnb as a guest and I have had the chance to understand what is the quality of the service we guest are looking for. As an host I always try to provide the best service to my guests, hoping they can feel at home even if they are far away from home.
Since four years ago I am managing two family properties: one in Sardinia - Porto Cervo and one in Rome - Piazza di Spagna.
