I had a great time in Atlanta. Kyle's loft is really roomy and he goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are comfortable.
The guide was super useful, and leaving the breakfast foods was a nice touch.
The area is really interesting. There's a lot going on in the loft community and the surrounding area. Check out Krog Street and the MLK center.
I'd definitely consider staying again on a return to Atlanta.
This loft. Wow. It's ridiculously beautiful, but the best part was definitely the neighborhood. Multiple people were really surprised that some visitors were staying in such a non-touristy hood. Lots of great places to visit, and a very real feel to it.
I really can't think of any complaints. It was a very amazing trip - and it has made me consider moving to Atlanta! We enjoyed the trip so much we even blogged about it. (website hidden)
Thanks, Kyle, for an awesome place to stay!
Kyle was very friendly and easy to communicate with and his loft was unique and cozy. It was a fun place to call home for a few days...steps away from the Beltline, great restaurants, bars and sites. Clean place, with big white fluffy towels, and we loved the duel sinks in the bathroom. Would definitely stay at Kyle's place again!
My wife and I recently stayed in Kyle's Old Fourth Ward Loft. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The loft is exactly as pictured and Kyle was very easy to get in touch with. The loft is very convenient to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely check back with Kyle first before renting anything else in the Atlanta area!
We spent 3 wonderful days in Atlanta at Kyle's loft in the old Fourth Quarter. Kyle is an excellent host. We were unsure whether we'd get to meet him, but we arrived to his cheerful greeting, and really helpful advice about the neighbourhood.
Firstly, the loft itself is in a truly unique setting. We loved experiencing a few days in a remarkably redesigned old warehouse space. Atlanta was a bit chilly at the time, but you wouldn't know it from inside the apartment. Kyle ensured that all regular home comforts were available, and maintains a clean & comfy home.
Secondly, the neighbourhood is fantastic. This was our first trip to the Atlanta and the South. We didn't want the usual force-fed tourist experience, but did want to be close enough to key features of the city. Kyle's location delivered in spades! The general neighbourhood is going through major urban redesign that's aimed at improving liveability in an old part of town. We used the nearby Belt Line to walk to almost everywhere of interest. Had the weather been better it'd be great for cycling too. Lots of excellent cages and eating places along the way too.
Thirdly, our main focus in Atlanta was the Martin Luther King Center and the Carter Presidential Library & Museum. Both are within easy walking distance of the loft, and are truly worth visiting.
So, if you're interested in a break in an up-and-coming part of Atlanta, which has a lot of really good energy in the neighbourhood, and is close to heaps of great attractions, we'd highly recommend Kyle's loft!
This was my first experience with airbnb. That experience was one if excellence. I am truly encouraged to do it again. It was easy to communicate with Kyle, and the opportunity to go back to a home instead of a hotel made my get away that much better. The area we stayed was up and coming with great resteraunts and bars. The house Kyle provided was very modern, neat and well maintained.
Overall Kyle made our experience very enjoyable. Great guy.
Kyle's place was super clean just like the photos. He goes the extra mile with abundant high quality towels, texts to make sure you get in okay, and even a new bar of soap. The place is spacious and in great condition. Kyle's place is great for folks who don't like cramped hotels, would like to rent bikes to see the city, and would like to be very near the action without being right in the middle of it. The parking was gated at night and very easy to use.
Kyle's place is great! The loft is clean and has everything that one could need. It is located in a really cool part of Atlanta and is adjacent to Atlanta's Beltline which offers a great way to get to shops, eats, etc. on your bike, walking etc. without dealing with cars, or simply to get a good workout. We had a great experience here and definitely recommend it!
This stay was incredible! I can't stress how nice this loft, and surrounding area was!
The old cotton warehouse that houses this loft has been completely re-done into an artsy, hipster, upscale joint. You can really go exploring around the loft area. The roof top patio was a plus! It was nice to go up there for some fresh air and check out the skyline.
There are multiple trails near by to run, walk, and cycle. Serpas is almost attached to the loft building -- Some really fine upscale dinning / drinks. The loft is right down the road from little 5 points (multiple bars, and things to do).
Kyle put a lot of work into this loft. It was super cozy. The bed, couch, kitchen, and bathroom were all 5 stars.
Kyle did a really good of communicating information on the loft, and replying within a few hours of my questions. He checked up on us twice just to make sure everything was ok.
I will be back to his loft for sure!
Kyle's apartment is awesome. Everything was clean, and was furnished really nicely. Parking was never an issue, and the area felt really safe. I'd definitely stay here again if I make it back down to Atlanta. Very close and convenient to everywhere I needed to go.
