At 870m in the ski resort of Benecko, in the heart of Krkonose National Park, we offer exclusive lodging in our house situated on the higher part of the village. With its timeless charm, our retreat is perfect for families and adventure seekers. The main ski lift is 400m away. The space
The house has 3 floors with in total 6 bedrooms: 3 downstairs, one on the middle floor and 2 on the top floor. Alongside, relish a spacious living room with a cosy fireplace, an expansive kitchen, and a breath-taking valley view.
The ground floor bedrooms offer direct garden access and feature private bathrooms with comforting floor heating. Each room can accommodate up to 3 guests, equipped with a box spring bed and a single sofa bed. For your entertainment, all rooms on this level are equipped with TVs, and the entire house has wireless internet connectivity.
The middle floor has 2 inviting living spaces. If you choose to rent the entire house, the smaller living area can transform into an additional bedroom, complete with a sleeper sofa and a private bathroom. This floor is equipped with floor heating. Both living areas open up to an expansive terrace, complete with a gas grill, garden furnishings, and a serene mountain panorama.
The top floor houses 2 spacious rooms that share a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a jacuzzi bath. Both rooms are furnished with a double bed. In one room, you'll also find a child bed, while in the other room, there's a baby bed, perfect for our youngest guests.
We provide 2 toddler beds (one stationary, one portable), the latter can be placed anywhere in the house.
We always strive to maintain high standard of cleanliness in our home. Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate guests with pets.
Guest access
There are 2 entrances that can be used. You can divide the house in 2 entities if needed;)
Parking is possible around the house, but in winter the amount of available places is depending on the amount of snow (e.g. max 4 cars). There is a public parking down the hill, a few minutes walk away.
Other things to note
Please be aware that the tourist tax and use of the wellness area are not included in the base price. Feel free to inquire, and we'll be happy to provide detailed information.
The nightly rate is based on a maximum capacity of 16 guests. If your group exceeds this limit, kindly consult with us for confirmation of any additional costs.
Please do not charge your electric cars in the house. There is a charging station conveniently located in Benecko centre. Alternatively, you can find others available in Vrchlabi, a town just a 10-minute drive away.
