This Awesome cabin is in Newton County, Arkansas. Located in the Upper Buffalo Country, 5 miles to the Buffalo River, Overlooking Scenic Byway 7 South. The Red Cabin is newly constructed & completely furnished with everything you need for the Perfect Get-a-Way! Beautiful Southwestern Decor, fully equipt kitchen inside and an outside gas grill with seating area and also a wonderful fire pit! Big yard with lots of wildlife! Lots of parking and room for trailers. Paved road all the way to cabin.

The space
This Amazing cabin is in Newton County, Arkansas. Located in the Upper Buffalo Country, 4 miles to the Buffalo River, Overlooking Scenic Byway 7 South. This newly constructed cabin is perfect for a great getaway it is secluded with beautiful scenery and a fire pit for lots of fun and conversation. Firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows, making s'mores over the fire pit are included. More outside seating includes a picnic table with a three burner gas BBQ grill, patio furniture and umbrella seating for 6. BBQ utensils and seasonings are included. Inside this beautiful cabin is a southwestern theme for Decor. A loft with two twin beds that can be pushed together for a queen size bed. Nice kitchen with full-size appliances all dishes, pots and pans everything you need to cook a complete meal are furnished. Living room with vaulted ceiling, Direct TV and wireless Internet provided. Roomy bathroom with nice towels and full size Shampoo/conditioner/ body wash/ hairdryer. Two spacious bedrooms on the main floor with queen size beds. Lots of pillows and covers provided! Lots of books with information about area activities, hikes and float trips on the Buffalo National River. You will be making a great choice to "Stay With Us" at The Red Cabin with its "Character and Convenience"!

Other things to note
In order to keep the first National River Beautiful for generations to follow please DO NOT leave behind trash or graffiti, be sure to take a trash bag for your trash and pick up any other trash that may have been left behind. "If you carry it in please carry in out". There are a few rules for being on the Buffalo National River. Glass containers and styrofoam ice chest ARE NOT ALLOWED. Littering, marking or carving on bluffs and trees ARE NOT ALLOWED. There are fines given if these items are found in your possession. Alcohol is not sold in Newton County but it is sold in the neighboring county Boone, which is only a couple of miles from this property. No alcohol is not sold on Sundays.

I love how secluded the area is but it also has a lot of history. The cabin is located close to the old Dogpatch USA theme park and you can have a tour of that theme park by the owner if you want...the beautiful Marble Falls waterfall is located on this private property that is definitely worth seeing.
The cabin is only 45 minutes from Branson Missouri where there are in most activities and things to do. The cabin is only 5 miles from Pruitt one of the most popular access areas of the buffalo National River. This property is also 30 minutes away from numerous popular hikes and floating accesses.
Let's talk about the Upper Buffalo River Country...Swimming in clean clear waters surrounded by beautiful natural bluffs and rock formations, Canoeing, Kayaking, Rafting & Fishing, Canoe rental and shuttle service is available locally for floating and fishing on the Buffalo National River and the Kings River. Both are famous for small mouth bass, but also offer catfish and largemouth bass.
*Hiking at Lost Valley, Hemmed in Hollow, Pedestal Rock, Sam’s Throne, Hawksbill Crag and The Goat Bluff, Round Top Mountain, Alum Cove and Family Hikes like Triple/Twin Falls. Upper Buffalo Area offers some of the best hiking trails you will ever experience. For all of you waterfall hunters and with over 200 breathtaking waterfalls, hunting them has become a regular activity in the area.
*Boxley Valley is the Elk Capital, this is the place to admire and photogragh the ever growing elk herds of Northwest Arkansas. Newton County has been declared the “Elk Capitol of Arkansas” by the governor. These impressive creatures have been re-entered into this area with great success. Lots of wildlife watching, this area boasts a wide variety of wildlife including whitetail deer, elk herds, wild turkey, black bear, squirrel, fox, raccoon, bald eagles, hawks, great blue heron and many more.
*Explore our Caves only a 1/2 mile away the Mystic Caverns has 2 caves to explore. Also just a short drive away are Blanchard Springs, Eden Falls Cave, & Cosmic Caverns, offers opportunity to see once in a lifetime formations in the caves.
*Close day trips nearby are Branson, Missouri, it is the music capitol of the Ozarks, Eureka Springs, Arkansas offers visitors a look into the Victorian Era homes and unique shopping. Springfield, Missouri is a nice day-trip to see the famous Bass Pro Shop with its wildlife exhibits.
*Our Beautiful Lakes are Bull Shoals, Norfork and Table Rock Lakes. Wonderful places to visit and take the family are Hilary Jones Wildlife Museum in Jasper, AR, and the Walton Crystal Bridges Museum in Springdale, AR. There is more to do than you'll ever be able to get done in one trip!

Hello, I own Buffalo River Rentals located on Scenic 7 Byway in Newton County, Marble Falls, Arkansas. Newton County is in the Heart of the Majestic Ozark Mountains. I have lived in the Ozarks for more than 40 years. I have raised my 2 children here and now enjoy my 8 Grand Daughters and 1 Grandson that live in Harrison. I have been a nurse for more than 30 years and I guess I am a natural born caregiver... I truly love taking care of my family, friends and my guests! I welcome you to Marble Mountain Chalet it is Located half-way between Harrison, AR and Jasper, AR this property is very conveniently for so many things to see and do in the Ozarks. We are 45 minutes from Branson, MO and only 5 minutes to the Buffalo National River. Explore all that the Buffalo River Country has to offer such as hiking trails, exploring caves, float trips, majestic waterfalls and viewing wildlife of all kind including the Amazing Elk! You can just relax or do everything you have always wanted to do while seeing and visiting some of the most amazing sites in the country!
