Hill House is located conveniently off of Highway 60 close to numerous hiking trails, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, and so much more! Whether you're relaxing on the deck, exploring nearby trails, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings, Hill House is the ideal retreat for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Guest access
The top level is private and all yours, but the basement/lower level is used for storage and is not accessible by guests. There is a separate driveway, parking area, and entrance for the lower level.

Other things to note
Please note, due to the home's proximity to Highway 60, there is some light road noise that can be heard from the interior. If you are a very sensitive sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.
