The second bedroom has two comfortable, single beds. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The apartment has the benefit of a spacious family bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The luxurious living room/diner has an extending dining table with 4 chairs, plus a 4 seater chaise-longue-style sofa. The lounge area has sliding doors leading to the terrace, with sun loungers, table, chairs and sun umbrella, which overlooks the 2nd green. There is satellite television with DVD player (plus a selection of movies) in the lounge area and air-conditioning in the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch equipment, including large fridge/freezer, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher and microwave. An easy one-minute walk from the apartment is the large shared open-air swimming pool, which is well equipped with loungers and sun umbrellas. The pool is heated and gated, and there is a kiddies pool alongside. The apartment is situated in a block with three other apartments, so excessive noise after 10pm is not acceptable. TV and radio volume should be kept to normal levels so as not to annoy other residents. There is no daily 'maid' service, so guests are expected to wash dishes and do general cleaning and tidying during their stay. Guests are also expected to supply all their own food, drinks and toiletries, although some basic essentials (toilet paper, paper kitchen towels, soap) will be provided for guests staying longer than 5 days. For guests staying two weeks or more, bedding and towels will be changed weekly.
