The space

IMPORTANT: This is a cozy,well complimented,Hocking Hills getaway that is hidden and remote in a hollow of hemlocks if you cannot hike or walk well this is not the place for you. Level parking is 150 feet uphill because of the steep driveway
There is no parking next to The cottage, and no side walks.
It's a close short drive to all the park attractions.

Guest access

You will have the entire 2 bedroom cottage in a private wooded location 300feet up from the studio and 160 feet up from owners home.

Other things to note

Being located deep in the Hocking State Forest where you can get away from the city but be aware
The TV has a DVD player but is not connected to cable so bring your DVDs if you need other entertainment than hiking and exploring .First floor bed is a Queen,upstairs bed is a standard.Also please note this is in the middle of the Hocking State Forest, where there are wild animals, bugs and bees nature at its finest.
We keep bird feeders full and they are fun to watch but this is a place for
guests who want to see nature and be in a quiet place to think ,meditate or get away! If cell phone reception and wireless internet and having a tv with cable is a necessity, this is not for you. This is a true nature retreat.

Where to eat! When you don't want to cook.
Near the Parks the nice restaurants are Inn at Cedar Falls, Coffee Emporium and Glennlaurel Inn.
