Whether you're a student, professor, academic guest, or simply exploring the area you'll find comfort, convenience, and a quiet retreat here.
We are surrounded by just about everything you will need during your stay.

The space
Located in the garden level of a new 3-Unit building, this private bedroom has its own tiled bathroom, which are modern, spacious and have plenty of natural light. Access to the room is through a stairway on the left of the building. The room has central A/C & heating systems. It is furnished with a comfortable, queen-sizes bed, a desk, chair for work/study, a large wardrobe, and many other amenities.
Guest access
We welcome you to our home, your room is completely private and you will have access to the patio, on the left side of the building, furnished with patio furniture and a hammock.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the room, out on patio, and on our property. Maximum of two guests per stay.
Other things to note
The room is quiet and peaceful—you won’t hear car traffic from inside. While there are train tracks nearby, the train passes quickly (in under 10 seconds) and is much less noticeable than the constant noise of a busy street. Most guests often don't notice it at all.
There are two units upstairs currently occupied by tenants. Please be mindful as this is their home as well!
