The Space

A really great, spacious (420 sq ft) 1 bedroom flat situated on the 1st floor (2nd floor to Americans!) of a period red brick building located on a quiet no through road.

The flat has a bright main living room with stripped wood floors and two west facing sash windows.
The bathroom has a bath and shower.
There is plenty of storage and comes fully furnished including kitchen utensils and plates, fresh coffee machine, iPod / iPhone dock and washing machine for laundry.
1 minute walk to Euston station, 4 minutes to Kings Cross. Walk to the West End in 12 minutes.
The flat is nearby to many interesting places, including the British Museum (10 minutes walk), The British Library (3 minutes), Camden Market (about 12 mins) and is also near to the tranquil Regents Canal - ideal for a quiet way to cross London without seeing a car!
There is a large Waitrose (supermarket) nearby in the Brunswick Centre along with numerous local shops, pubs and restaurants.
Comfy furniture and double bed with latex foam mattress, tv (cable) and fast wifi.
Linen and towels supplied.
Lovely and sunny and near to all the action!

Check in after 9pm will incur a £25 additional fee.

  • Sorry to comment late! I have to thanks to Nic, he is very nice and helpful since our schedule is a bit changed. The apartment is super for the location. It's actually between king across and Euston, say closer to EUSTON. there is a m&s supermarket very nearby and lot of food and resturant front of Euston station, we love NANDOS!!
Everything is there in the apartment. We will definitely back for next trip to London. Strong recommendation.

  • Me and my wife and our 6 year old son truly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Nicholas's apartment. The description listing all of the Great things about the flat is totally accurate and Nicholas was an Excellent host. He gave us a tour and he made sure that we understood how everything worked and that we were totally comfortable. We loved the apartment because it was very spacious with plenty of light and we made good use of the WIFI, cable TV, washing machine, and the oven and stove for cooking. The flat is near transportation links so you can get to anywhere in London quickly and easily. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in London and we will definitely try to stay there again during our future visits.

Enkele levensmiddelenwinkels in the onmiddellijke omgeving.

  • Nicolas (email hidden). We had a bit if trouble with our flights getting to London and he stayed very flexible with the check-in and checkout times which we really appreciated. The apartment was great, plenty of hot water and room. It was clean and very close to the tube stations less than a 5min walk to the London Euston station. We definitely recommend staying in Nicolas' apartment and would stay there again anytime.

  • Wonderful experience with this Airbnb booking. Nicholas met us and gave us full information, instructions and a noticeboard with restaurant and doctor information together with Tube map and plenty of guide books to look at. The apartment was as described, probably bigger than the photos indicated. Literally 5 minutes walk to Kings Cross St Pancras station. Supermarket, restaurants and pubs only 2 minutes walk in any direction. Almost next door to the British Library. Not within walking distance to main attractions but so close to underground we accessed everything we wanted to see. We would recommend this apartment.

  • Nick's apartment was exactly as pictured. The small kitchen had what was needed for short stays, even a washing machine. Everything worked including strong WiFi and a good shower. The bed was comfortable, albeit a bit hard. There was lots of good outdoor light but we missed having a reading light on one side of the bed. The location was quiet with underground track sounds not too far away. The flat was minutes from the underground and bus lines, and north of and a twenty minute walk to Trafalgar Square. Make sure you always carry your umbrella.

  • A great flat in a great location! Nicholas (email hidden). He was very flexible with check-in and check-out, and he even had some good food recommendations. I'd definitely stay here again. Light sleepers be warned: the underground Tube can sometimes be heard rumbling beneath you. But the minor noise blends into the rest of London's chaos and even adds authenticity to the experience.

  • When we arrived we met with Nicholas and he showed us everything we needed to know about the flat. He was very cool and suggested a place called The Breakfast Club for some british (website hidden) suggestion ever! It was also very easy to get ahold of him. He's really quick with email. The flat is exactly how it looks in the photos. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you need for cooking and such, and the washer/dryer was easy to use. The studio area was well lit with daylight and the wifi worked great. I cannot express how convenient this location was. Literally a 2 min walk to Euston station which goes EVERYWHERE in London so you're basically minutes away from everything. And the neighborhood is quiet. There is an M&S (Mark and Spencer's) on the corner next to Euston station that's open until midnight so you can get yourself some food if you're not feeling like going out to eat. Nicholas even left in the fridge some water, orange juice and milk. I would stay here again and I recommend anyone to stay here if you could. Not only it will make your experience better, but you will feel like London is your home.
