With Swedish triple glazing it is modern quiet and comfortable.

This large double room has its own en suite shower room and is completely self contained.
Ideal for a few days sightseeing or a longer stay, this room caters for your comfort.
There is a small private courtyard with walled garden guests are welcome to sit and enjoy a glass of wine on the decking.
The Mews house enjoys a city centre location and there are plenty of bars shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The Mayflower Theatre is a 10-13 min walk as is the new Sealife Museum and City Art Gallery.
The Red Funnel Isle of Wight ferry service which runs from Town Quay can be accessed on foot from the house.
The room is on the ground floor and access is very straight forward. Guests use the courtyard to come and go through a brown double gate onto Southcliff Road.(opposite no 10)
The house has 4 CCTV cameras for security and as a result we enjoy a secure and peaceful town centre location.
Interaction with Guests
This home shares a courtyard with my house and I am on hand to answer any questions or help with any questions or directions to get about town or to simply access all that Southampton has to offer From The Edge Nightclub open 6 nights a week till 5 am to a selection of nighteries.
The Edge is by far the biggest gay Night club in Southampton and a popular alternative to the more mainstream bars and restaurants in Bedford Place a 5 minute walk away.

Quick and easy access to a vibrant night life.
Great shopping in Town Quay. All city centre destinations are within walking distance.
Both Universities are 2 stops away on the bus.
London an hour and 35 mins by train.
Quiet area ideal for resting and putting feet up inside or out before the next sortie out!
Southampton is small enough to walk everywhere and large enough to be interesting.
Close to Historic Winchester and Portsmouth Naval Dockyard.
Ferries are regular to The Isle of Wight from Town Quay.
A short train ride to Bournemouth a beautiful seaside town as well as Dorsets famous Jurrasic coast.
Driving south, The New Forest is a spectacular National Park cycling permitted throughout.
Parking is restricted outside the house. Please ask when booking if you need to find car parking during your stay.
Public transport is by bus within the town and train or coach to further destinations such as London Winchester or Portsmouth.
Rail and road links are very good but traffic may be rather slow at certain times of the day.
Ferries are frequent to The Isle of Wight.

This is a peaceful house somewhere to relax.
No smoking in the house but there is a small table and chairs by the bins with an ashtray for those who need to light up!
Because the house accommodates other residents, guests are requested to ask before inviting visitors to stay the night.
So please be considerate if you keep late hours as others may be trying to sleep!
Please close the door quietly if leaving early or returning late.
To enhance security the house is surrounded by CCTV.

Especially interested in all equestrian sports,breeding horses.
Love animals, love reading mediaeval and historical novels and interested in cooking especially making chocolates when time allows.
Enjoy running own business mainly from home and love taking short breaks to regenerate.
Regularily host actors who come to work at The Mayflower Theatre for short periods.
Spend some time in France in Normandie, where we keep some young horses and have a small farm and a large orchard so theres a lot sof time spent making jam every year!!
