The space
Welcome to Amber by Hotelise, a warm, inviting space in the heart of Yerevan’s vibrant center. Located at 10 Sayat Nova, this apartment combines a central location with a cozy peach and cream color scheme, just minutes from Swan Lake, the Opera Theatre, and Northern Avenue. With the city’s best cafes, art spots, and nightlife at your fingertips, Amber is the perfect base for exploring Yerevan.
Living Room and Kitchen:
Amber’s living area features a spacious L-shaped sofa, great for hanging out or watching TV, with an inviting French balcony that brings in natural light. The amber tones and wooden feature wall create a relaxed, warm atmosphere. The open kitchen is both functional and stylish, with cheerful yellow accents, a breakfast bar, and full amenities, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and toaster.
Bedroom 1:
This room has a single bed and an armchair that opens up into an extra sleeping space. Roller blinds keep the light out when you need a quiet, restful sleep.
Bedroom 2:
A comfortable king-size bed with a quality mattress, top-to-bottom mirrored wardrobe, roller blinds, and a chest of drawers make this bedroom practical and inviting, with plenty of storage and tasteful decor.
Bathroom:
A full bathtub adds a rare touch of comfort, paired with high-quality tiles, strong water pressure, and a washing machine. There’s plenty of space for all your essentials.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
