Cosy and charm flat. Lots of sunlight, in an old Lisbon building at Chiado, the heart of the city. Fully restored in July 2020.

Astonishing view from a balcony over the Tejo River and St. George's Castle, but you will have to climb to the 4th floor (lots of stairs!).

The space
Central and charming flat, in a quiet, trendy neighborhood, strategically located near Largo do Carmo, in Chiado, the heart of the city, and just 5 minute walk from Bairro Alto, Cais do Sodré and Bica, three of the most typical areas and also well known for their nightlife, shopping, art galleries and museums.

Fully restored in July 2020, this flat can accommodate 3 couples in two double bedrooms and a sofa. Two living rooms (one of them with a sofa bed and ac), with 2 dining areas is also available, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

The flat, in a typical eighteenth-century building from the time of Marquês de Pombal (Prime Minister who rebuilt the city after the 1755 earthquake), is situated on a 4th floor (without lift) but the stairway is wide and easy to step. You'll be able to see St. George’s Castle and the river Tejo from one of its windows and a balcony, and part of the city from a balcony in the front (position of the revolutionary forces during the 25th April, 1974).

It is just a few minutes from two main subway stations (Rossio and Baixa-Chiado), 5 minutes from the famous tram 28, and 7 minutes from the railway stations that serve the beaches outside Lisbon (Sintra e Cascais).
