This charming house in Bandera, near downtown is walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping and watering holes! The roomy deck out back is the perfect spot for morning coffee while watching the sun rise or the afternoon cocktail. You have a choice of Weber grill or Fire pit for outdoor grilling. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, full size coffee pot & individual Pod coffee maker, bathroom amenities, and hair dryer. Enjoy what our place and Bandera has to offer.

The space
Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen beds and the 3rd has 2 Twin XL beds. each has it's own vanity/chair with a lighted mirror so you can do hair and makeup in privacy of your own room. This area can also double as a desk

Guest access
You will access the property from front Door with a digital door lock. Touch the black panel, it will light up, type in your personal code and you will hear it unlocking. When leaving, same process, but just hit the lock symbol, no code needed. The keypad will flash green if successfully locked. If it flashes red, go inside and manually lock then unlock it and try again. This is not a "normal", but it does happen occasionally.

Other things to note
House is located in town, be respectful to neighbors with music. There is a noise ordinance. Quiet hours are 10pm-8:00am

I have visited Bandera for close to 20 years. Love the live music and dancing that is available most nights here. I was always disappointed in what was available for rent in town or nearby, so I purchased a house here in 2019, remodeled it and now split my time between Bandera and Porter, TX. I purchased a second house (your rental)-both built in 1942 and renovated/remodeled it based on what I was looking for all these years. Enjoy!
