This family-friendly, whimsical, ski-in/ski-out condo was carefully crafted to provide you with a comfortable and cozy backdrop to your adventures in Winter Park. Key highlights include the retro Arcade room, the large hot tub, brand-new construction, tasteful retro cabin and camp-inspired decor, spectacular view of giant pines, as well as the amazing slope-side location.
The condo sleeps 7 people comfortably and allows you to conveniently jump on the Corridor slope and ski down to WP base.
The space
ARRIVAL:
Upon arriving at the property, indoor garage parking awaits at the building base. An entrance secured by a private passcode leads to your slopeside mountain escape on the fourth floor.
Please note, there is only ONE parking spot available in the garage. If additional cars are required, please reach out and we can brainstorm additional options for your group.
OVERALL AESTHETIC & DESIGN:
The condo was designed to be playful and eclectic while also being upscale and comfortable for your family or group. The aesthetic gives feelings of retro cabin or camp vibes. It is set against a beautiful backdrop of giant pine trees visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Corridor Slope is just below the patio for watching skiers and boarders fly by.
THE RETRO ARCADE:
The Arcade features two retro Atari machines, one that features 50 old-school games and one VERY retro racing machine. The decor features many vintage Polly gas machines and neon signs. Also included is a cocktail table, disco ball, and magnetic tic-tac-toe.
Designed for après-ski gatherings and mountain-high spirits, the Arcade is all about good vibes and good times.

The heart of the living room is the cozy and spectacular view of the giant pine trees and ski slope through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Kick back on the comfortable and eclectic seating options with a warm (electric) fire and stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch TV (recommended to bring any passwords you may want to use).
Stream your favorite tunes with the retro-inspired bluetooth speaker or get a game night going. We're talking Settlers of Catan showdowns, Monopoly marathons, Cards Against Humanity insanity, and several others.

The kitchen’s got all the necessities and place settings for 6. For coffee and tea lovers, the drink station has a full-size coffee maker, a pour-over carafe, and an electric kettle so you’re never without that fresh latte feeling! Included is Dunkin' Donuts Medium Roast Coffee and an assortment of tea.
We also have specialty cocktail glassware to enjoy such as crystal wine glasses, Mule copper mugs, vintage highball glasses, and beer pints.
The dining table gives a modern twist to an outdoor camp picnic table and seats 6.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
A great day in the mountains starts with a great sleep. The star of the primary bedroom ensuite is a king-size luxury mattress. The primary ensuite includes it's own lounge area, TV, kitchenette, workspace, and bathroom with luxury finishes.
For every bed, there's even a choice of pillow -- soft or firm, got you covered. Plus, the bedding is 100% cotton sheets and professionally laundered.
Please note that cotton sheets wrinkle faster than a crumpled dollar bill. We do our best to smooth everything out but our sheets may (sometimes) appear wrinkled.
The Bunk Room accommodates 5 people with a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a slide-out twin trundle. Each bed is complete with a luxury mattress, a choice of pillow, and individual lights to make sure your dreams are as sweet as a Colorado sunset.
In case you are traveling with a toddler or infant, there is also a Graco Pack N' Play in the primary bedroom walk-in closet with age-appropriate sheets and blankets.

We include indoor towels as well as separate towels for the hot tub so you never need to double dip. For makeup wearers, we also include black makeup towels for your convenience.

HOT TUB:
A stunning infinity-style hot tub is located on the side of the building with views of the slope and mountains. It is the perfect place to take in the cold winter air and soak tired muscles after a long day of skiing.

You have access to the entire condo. There is an A&B side that is all included.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a new construction building. This condo is fully completed but there is still some construction happening on other units of the building/property. Please expect the following: Construction may occur from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. It is extremely rare that guests come into contact with any construction or that there stay is affected by any noise.
Please also note that this building does NOT have air conditioning. Most units here in the mountains don't have this feature as it is rarely needed.
