The Space

Located in the picturesque district Pigneto, near the Porta Maggiore monument and the Santa Croce in Gerusalemme Cathedral.
The apartment is a modern open space with a double bed room, a living room with a double sofa bed, tv, dvd, radio, internet wifi, a full equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower.
Flat with every comfort, wivery well connected by tram and bus lines, you will stay in a quiet building, but if you want entertainment and recreation, this area can offer one of the best nightlife in Rome.
This solution is alternative to mass tourism in the historic center, to know the true Romans of Rome and pay the right, without giving up anything!
There are 3 tram lines (5 - 14 - 19) very frequently as the 12 p.m. to connet the district with the historical center and there are 2 bus lines (81 - 810) to reach the archeological area in less than 10 minutes.

  • we had a good time in Rome staying at Andrea's. The apartment is great for two people with everything you need. The neighbourhood has a lot of nightlife which is good for going out and there are some market stalls in the day. Overall a good place to stay but be aware there is a fair amount of noise while the bars are open. it also means there are a few characters around if your arriving late at night.

  • It was such a cool apartment in a trendy neighborhood with lots of nice bars and restaurants. It was good to get a break from the touristy parts of Rome. Andrea was always quick to reply to messages and accommodating. Although we didn't get to meet him in person, his house cleaner Wilma was able to meet us on time. Definitely recommend.

  • Tuvimos una excelente estadía en el piso de Andrea. No pudimos verlo porque tuvo un problema de salud , pero su amiga Vilma fue de mucha ayuda.

  • My stay at Andrea´s place was amazing! I often travel to Rome (work or leisure) and I have lived in the pedestrian area of PIgneto, where the studio/loft is located. Andrea´s place has got everything you could need for a holiday in Rome and besides that he was always available (over the phone and through friends), that made me feel safe and in a way at home!
Grazie Andrea for everything! Looking forward to going back to Rome and stay at your place again!

  • I stayed three months in this flat. Andrea was really great help at the beginning of my stay and he answered really quickly my emails during the period. Pigneto is lively area and due to that sometimes quite noisy, but hey this is Rome :-) There are good restaurants close to the apartment. Try for example Necci. Excellent food. It is easy to go to the center by bus or tram, although public transportation is quite often really crouded. Busses nr 81 and 810 are driving to the Colosseum. This is better option than hotel! Thanks Andrea!

  • The experience was great. Andrea was there to meet us and acquaint us with both the flat and the neighborhood. It was conveniently located near the tram making it easy to get to all of the sites. This loft met and exceeded all of our expectations.

  • We loved the flat, a brilliant base for four days in Rome. The flat is clean, spacious, well designed and very original (and looks even cuter than the pictures). Pigneto is very cool with loads of bars and restaurants, it was hard not to stay local every night!

Andrea was very helpful on email ahead of our arrival and always responded within a few hours. One point to mention, he was not available to check us in and thankfully I asked for his friend's number as it was difficult to get in touch with her so ended up waiting about 30 minutes for someone to let us into the property.

Overall, absolutely loved everything about the stay and would insist on others staying in the flat if visiting Rome in the future!

  • Stylish funky place with great bars and restaurants around the corner. The night bus runs here so its great to stay out late, and Andrea is such an an amazing host and goes out of his way. Good wifi and comfty bed and great place to cook. Great for two people and a rood top to hang out on and get a tan.

  • It was a pleasure to stay at Andrea`s loft with my girlfriend. The flat is beautiful and has all you need for a short vacation. Dozens of nice restaurants and shops within a few blocks flom the flat. There is also an easy way to get into city center with public transport or by walking. Nothing bad to say about the flat. Everything was ok there. I would definitely recommend this apartment for people who enjoy lively local feeling in an urban area.+ Andrea is a super nice host!

  • Great place! Andrea was an amazing host and was extremely helpful. Definitely check out the neighborhood. It is a real local favorite and easily dismissed at first sight. Lots of great restaurants and the like.

My name is Andrea and I am a man even if my name is a female name out of Italy .... I welcome this second job because I like traveling also, as to all and so I can feel on holiday even though I always live in my city. Unfortunately my English is not the best, but despite the initial embarrassment, I can communicate and understand almost everything right and so far I never had a problem:) I do not know what else to add, I think this is enough!
