A Word About the Wind: This home is located in Windy Cove, a unique area of Palm Springs known for its occasional strong winds. Due to natural desert conditions, dust and dirt may be kicked up, and outdoor areas may at times appear slightly different than in photos. But for every breezy day, there’s a calm, beautiful day filled with sunshine and birds chirping.

Prime Location: 10 min to downtown Palm Springs, 5 min to the Aerial Tramway, 40 minutes to the Empire Polo Fields (Coachella, Stagecoach) and 1 hour to Joshua Tree National Park

Bathroom: The home has a single full bathroom. The outdoor bathhouse is only a single bathtub. Please be mindful of this when booking for larger groups.

Guest access
Guests will enjoy self-check-in via a Yale keypad entry for easy and secure access. The property is fully gated, and a gate code will be provided prior to arrival. The backyard and pool area are fully fenced, surrounded by lush trees and palms for privacy.

Other things to note
Custom Murals: Every mural on the property was hand-painted by the owner, Annie of It's a Disco Day Designs, adding a unique and artistic touch to your stay.

Pool & Hot Tub: The pool is not heated during winter but can be warmed upon request for an additional fee. The hot tub will be pre-heated to your preferred temperature. No glass is allowed in or around the pool or hot tub.

Safety First: Guests must follow all pool and hot tub safety guidelines and use these amenities at their own risk.

No Pets Policy

We love animals, but pets are not allowed at the Disco Day Desert House. If a guest brings a pet without prior approval, a $500 deep cleaning fee will be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and allergen-free for all guests.

Damage & Missing Items Policy

Guests are responsible for treating the home with care. Any missing, stolen, or damaged items may result in additional charges to cover replacement or repair costs. Please report any accidental damage during your stay so we can address it promptly.

Excessive mess may result in an additional cleaning fee.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found indoors.

Pool and Gardening Services

To keep the property in top shape, we have regular maintenance scheduled throughout the week:

- Pool service takes place twice a week, typically on Monday and Thursdays.

- Gardening service usually occurs on Monday mornings.

Our maintenance teams access the outdoor areas of the property directly and do not require guest interaction. We appreciate your understanding as they help us keep everything looking its best during your stay!

Security & Surveillance

For guest safety, the property has exterior security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with security equipment will result in immediate cancellation of your stay.

By booking this stay, all guests acknowledge that the homeowner is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues related to the pool, hot tub, or surrounding areas. Guests use all amenities at their own risk.
