Our recently redecorated home in beautiful Park City, Utah awaits you and your guests to enjoy. Our beautiful home sleeps 9 and provides plenty of room to entertain. 'Our Place in Park City' is ideal for two families or a group of friends on a getaway vacation. The impressive cathedral ceilings allow for seamless flow into the kitchen and dining spaces, creating a perfect place to gather for meals and entertain guests. A convenient half bath is also located on this main level.
The expansive master bedroom encompasses the entire second floor enjoying a quiet, private, oasis boasting a king bed with luxurious Frette linens, large east-facing picture window, walk-in closet, 60" flat screen, smart TV and en suite spacious master bath. You will love our spa inspired jetted tub that soaks away the day's adventures, large walk-in shower, double vanity and private water closet.
On the lower level you will find two additional bedrooms, full bathroom and secondary living space. The super fun bunk room has a twin over full & a twin over twin bunk beds, 60" smart TV and large walk in closet with tucked away games/toys for the kids (& kids at heart!) The luxurious king guest room also boasts Frette linens, large walk in closet, 65" smart TV and beautiful views out the north facing picture window. Our secondary living room features a large 65" smart TV, an on demand electric fireplace/heater, X-box, games, puzzles, etc. A separate desk/workstation and private walk out patio rounds out this spacious lower level. This flexible space is nice for a kid's movie/game night or offers a quiet place to get some work done remotely.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with custom cabinets, black granite countertops, updated appliances and spacious eat-in island. Our well stocked kitchen features all the essentials plus a drawer of spices, small appliances like a crock pot, waffle maker, coffee grinder, griddle and more! This open kitchen is ideal for entertaining with a large eat in island and solid wood dining table all situated along the north facing window wall overlooking the stunning red rock cliffs and beautiful mountain scenery. No better place to eat & enjoy the expansive view. The kitchen and dining area openly flows into the great room featuring a gas fireplace, 75" flat screen, smart TV, large sofa, cozy, swivel chair and hidden bench seat for extra seating.
The beautiful views from our back deck will make you want to slow down, relax and enjoy the sunsets. We feel there is no better place to unwind after a day exploring the mountains. There are many easy access trails for biking and hiking right out the front door in our private Pinebrook trail system. A mere 4 minutes to the convenience of Kimball Junction and all the amazing food, shopping and fun. A few more minutes down the road and you enter the magic of Historic Old Town Park City...a one of kind destination indeed!
