The space
A three-level home full of warmth, character, and handcrafted wood carvings by the original builder. The main level is accessible with just four steps — easy for multi-generational groups. Downstairs, gather around the pool table and a full collection of indoor games for legendary family game nights. Outside, 1,300+ sq ft of decks, patios, and lawn await. BBQ or flat iron griddle, plus lawn games galore — cornhole, ping pong, tetherball, giant Jenga, Yahtzee, Twister, and more. Room for everyone to spread out and play.

Guest access
Guests will have access to all main indoor living spaces, outdoor decks and patios, grassy lawn area, and private marina access. A personalized 4-digit access code will be provided prior to arrival for easy self check-in. The private marina includes a boat launch and boat slip, allowing guests to avoid the busier public launch areas during peak summer weekends. The marina area is located just a short walk or drive from the home.
