This nice self contained studio is well located and very quiet. The neighbourhood is peculiar, variegated and colourful, you don't feel safe at first, but overall I had no problems with it. The only issue was at the check in, as host representative DID NOT KNOW how to lock front door, therefore I was suggested to just look the outside shatters (not secure at all!!). The host representative was not very useful and in fact quite annoyed by the inconvenient (him!), and even told me off when I asked the host number to speak to her: "you should say please" he repeated several times! I was sooo very distressed by the idea to stay in the flat without locking properly the front door, I simply asked "can you give me the host number", forgetting to add the so very important please!) The problem took almost an hour to resolve, but finally we got the trick thanks to the arrival of a much kinder and knowledgeable gentlemen (just raise the door handle to release the lock!). The surrounding area is lively and young and in ten minutes walk you are in the centre of town!

Response from Torino Sweet Home:
Dear Cecilia, thanks for your comments. We are glad that you appreciated the studio and the location . We are sorry about the misunderstanding concerning how to lock the front door and about the behaviour of our welcomist. Anyway I personally spoke to you by phone immediately and , as it was difficult to explain it by phone, I quickly sent our collegue ( the kind gentlemen you spoke about) who solved the situation in 2 minutes. As we solved the problem in a few time, we hope you appreciate our cooperation.
