The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan and there is a gas fireplace for your enjoyment, as well. The kitchen is full with all amenities and everything needed to prepare meals and dine in. The home is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer and parking for two cars in front of the condo.

By booking online you agree to receive an emailed attachment with the check-in/check-out instructions, introduction on the property, and contract to read over, sign and email back. Due to recent events with clients and renters lying about how many people are in their group/party, the occupancy number listed will be strictly enforced and is the maximum number of permitted guests allowed in this property at one time. If you go over this number you will forfeit your deposit and be escorted off the property. If your size in number grows before you check in please contact Brandon as he has over 100 vacation rentals and will more than likely be able to move you to another larger property. Thank you.
