San Diego oceanfront luxury! Located directly across the street from Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, you'll have one of San Diego's best whitewater views to enjoy from your bedroom and front porch. The park-like backyard is an entertainer's dream, complete with a lovely pool & spa, outdoor shower, dining area and built-in BBQ. This fabulous 5 bedrooms (3 master suites , 1 is grand size) , 4 baths and 8 beds home features top-notch amenities and furnishings fit 12 guests. Guest house is an option

The space
The huge beautiful back yard has in ground pool/hot tub, which are accented with exotic plants and artificial turf and designed by a well known architect. There are 3 master bedroom suites and 2 other rooms. One of the master bedroom suite is grand size. The additional guest house with its own yard is available upon request.

Parking on the driveway

There is a completely independent and separated, 1 bedroom 1 bath detached guest house. The guest house has its own yard and its own separated different street entrance. The guest house needs to be booked separated if it is available. If you'd like to book the guest house to help with more guest accommodations, please mention it to us.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all area shown on the pictures. It's a private house with private pool, spa, front and back yard. The fence separate the guest house in the back, you will not able to see the back house.

Other things to note
To heat the pool, it is a fee of $120 maximum 8 hours a day. Hot tub heating is free. Pool and hut tub heating will be off 9pm.

Early check in or delayed check out are $45 per hour

Absolutely no parties, no events, no smoking. Smoking will be charge additional $500 for cleaning.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping outside noise to a minimum during quiet hours (9 pm - 9 am), and following shelter-in-place guidelines. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.

No RVs, trailers, oversized or commercial vehicles allowed.
