With classic comfort as well as design form and functionality, our Caribbean showplace is an exceptional find for a variety of adventurers. This one-of-a-kind apartment spans the top 2 floors, providing panoramic views of both the primeval jungle and turquoise waters from INSIDE and OUTSIDE the unit. Few SantaMar units have both views! In a nutshell... "Fabulous!" Isolated. Quiet and with easy walking access to the beach.

The space
Your premier vacation condo is furnished with a combination living room, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen including filtered drinking water and ice from special dispensers, and an automatic dishwasher. Each individually designed guest room has a desk and a dedicated full bathroom with luxurious amenities. There are two flat-screen Smart TVs, one in the main guestroom and one in the common living room. For your convenience, there is a stackable washer / dryer.

Three jungle and ocean balconies are constant reminders of why you have come to the Riveria Maya. Featuring a beautiful penthouse on the 4th floor with an entertainment area where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea from sunrise to sunset. Complete with covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, bar space, sink and dining table for 6. Comfy lounge seating* awaits you and that perfect book.

Our unit is only 1 of 2 that have a reserved parking space! It is also an end unit, so you will have the best privacy.

*Please note: due to seasonal weather conditions, the outdoor furniture may be arranged differently from photos. We appreciate your understanding.

Guest access
Most of the time, you will be personally greeted by our Spanish/English speaking host. Throughout your stay, you will enter via keyless Smart Lock. You and your group will have full access to the two-story condo and, with the entrance hallway secluded, absolute privacy.

Other things to note
Why our SantaMar is truly the hidden treasure you desire? SantaMar is located at the end of a dead end gravel road surrounded by the sea and jungle. There is no "drive-by" or "drive-through" traffic. Furthermore, your holiday apartment is at the end of the resort.

However, there are fun resorts (ask about day passes!) located both north and south of its exclusive hideaway on the peninsula. Part of the charm and wonder of this place is being away from public access, but a short beach walk away to beach bars and restaurants. A rental car is highly recommended. A full service grocery store is only a 20 minute drive away. We will welcome you with clean drinking water (up to 20L). You will be responsible for subsequent refills which are quite convenient to obtain.
