Interaction with Guests
Love interacting with guests and helping out with language, changing money, and planning day trips!
Neighborhood is very queit....within walking distance from the village on the side of a mountain overlooking Terminillo.
there is a bus system at the end of the road that drives direct into Rome or Rieti or the train station. However, I would advise driving a rental car.
No smoking or eating in the bedrooms. We have a full kitchen and dining areas for eating and peparing meals. We have a portico and a huge garden for smokers. Other than that, you should have a lovely time...

We also specialize in all different types of local dishes. We have horse back riding nearby that I love to go trekking in the mountains on horseback! We have lakes to swim and boat in. Lots of restaurants are nearby to sample the food...and I love going to Castle Orsini which is also close to me. I love to host people at my B & B and give them the best of what I have learned in the past ten years living there. I love to pick my olives every fall and make olive oil....one of my favorite chores to do....and the olive oil is the best in the world in Sabina! So, I would love to show you Italy like a native, not a tourist! Rome is huge and hard to see in just a week, from my experiences...but a little here and little tour there....very relaxing and you won't need a rest after your vacation...I love to customize each visit for each group of guests!
