Guest have access to entire home. Back porch sitting area is also available. No patio furniture during winter from October to January

Other things to note
The second sleeping area is in room adjacent to living room. It's open and has no privacy but very cozy. There's a double bed with lamps and built in cabinets. There's a curtain used to close area off from living room.

Pet free home. We have severe allergies.
This unit is being rented only to persons traveling for business purposes and need temporary accommodations. We will not approve long term stays for individuals in between permanent residences.
