  • Another wonderful stay! Cozy place, wonderful location. Can't wait to come back soon. Thanks Edie!

  • Edie's outpost is very convenient to downtown Sebastopol and surrounding areas. Comfortable and appointed with pretty much everything you'll need, it's a cool and spacious rental. It was very easy to coordinate access to the space with her and walking by a hedge of honeysuckle every morning was a great way to start the day.

  • Couldn't have been any better. The location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and winery visits. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, little patio was a nice spot for reading or chatting over a glass of wine at the end of the day. It was nice to have a kitchen area so we could have coffee and breakie "at home" in the mornings. Very relaxing experience. Edie and her caretaker were readily available by email or text for any questions we had. Perfect spot to stay!

  • A perfect place to stay. Clean spacious close to town. I had to leave early due to a business issue and Edie was so sweet she said the next time I come she will comp me a day...How AWESOME is that...

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The location is very convenient with Whole Foods, Hopmonk Tavern (great for a beer and live music), and a number of other shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The studio is clean, quiet, and comfortable and had everything we needed including local Taylor Maid coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

For those with electric cars, there are three free ChargePoint stations near the Whole Foods.

  • This is such a lovely little one-room studio! Very nicely decorated, very comfortable, just the right size for either one person on their own, a couple looking for a romantic get-away or two best friends who don't mind sharing a room. We LOVED the jasmine lining the walk up to the studio, the full kitchen, and the convenient location. We walked just about everywhere!

Edie was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I came up with.

Oh, and for those of you who need good internet access while on vacation, there is WiFi and I didn't have any connection problems while I was there.

  • This is a deluxe stay. Supreme bed, nicely decorated, very clean, everything in working order, excellent internet access, cable and all the kitchen one would need. Please don't tell everyone about this, I need it to be available for my needs :)

About
I moved to Sonoma Country from Marin County 15 years ago and have never looked back .I sold real estate in Marin for 16 years and have been selling homes in Sonoma and Napa county now for 15 years. My family and I have done home exchanges in Spain and Italy and realized how much we love to travel. I have loved raising my family here and have had many gatherings including apple pressing parties at harvest time as well as olive picking events. We have 15 apple trees and 9 olives trees that we press into the most incredible olive oil I feel grateful to live here and to be able to share this wonderful area with others. As my 15 year old son says when I drive him to school "Mom, we live in Paradise!" .
