This 3 bed-roomed holiday cottage with a private fishing lake is set in the heart of the rural farming community of Normandy, but on the borders of Brittany so you can explore both regions.

The cottage has been sympathetically converted and has a modern extension.
You can choose a very quiet and peaceful holiday just relaxing in the grounds or fishing in the well stocked lake.
Close to the beautiful Mont St Michel and the American Cemetry. Lots of towns to visit, cycling paths, water parks and zoo's
Kitchen: There is a well-equipped kitchen/diner including oven/grill dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, radio/CD player.
Utility Room: Free use of washing machine.
Living Rooms: TV (free to air English channels) satellite, video, dvd (videos and dvd's) pool table.
Cot and high chair available.
There is a patio area with garden furniture and a barbecue. All standing in grounds of 2½ acres including a 1000sq.m lake stocked with carp and tench.
Nearest beach is about 20km. Lots of other beaches about 30km. Beaches are sandy. Lovely coastlines.
Nearest golf course 30km away.

We live next door. We are there for you if you need us but we will also give you your privacy.
Lovely and quiet. Pretty countryside. Very friendly neighbours. Fresh milk from the farm if you so desire.
No public transport to our house.

Other Things to Note
Cottage is cleaned before arrival and after departure.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels, dish cloths, cleaning liquids, paper towels, washing powder and dishwasher tablets are included.
Price 95 euros per night based on two people, 18 euros supplement per person per night.
Changeover day normally Saturday but other days will be considered in low season.
Arrival normally after 4pm, depart before 10am.

About the Host, Linda
I was born in south east London. After years of living abroad and travelling I eventually settled down with an Englishman! We have been living in France since 1999. My job changed from working in an office to builders helper and roofer!
I love trying to keep fit by going to Zumba and cycling.
