The house has 2 doublebeds and one single bedroom. There is also a couch which converts to double bed in the kitchen, if needed.
We have a travel cot which can be made up for a baby/toddler (baby monitor included!)
We have flexibility in the bed arrangements so please let us know.
The house should have everything you need, and stuff you don't really need:
Filtered water & Ice Machine
Cot and toys available

Sky (cable) TV through a projector
7 minute drive to Dublin Port. 13 minute drive to Dublin Airport.
5 minute walk to Spencer Dock LUAS station (Dublin's tram line)

Free on-street parking available - usually right outside the front door
There's a large supermarket (Aldi), 3 shops/convenience stores, post office, church, and café all in the immediate vicinity.
Please be aware this is our home when we're not travelling.
You have access to everything!
Interaction with Guests
Can answer any questions you have in the run up to your stay, and then available by phone while you're there. I'll usually send a little check-in email the day after you arrive. But basically leave you alone unless you need anything.
Despite being really close to the city centre it is a nice and peaceful area close to a few parks and decent supermarkets. Also really handy to and from the airport.
The neighbours are lovely.
Good on-street parking right outside, as well as easy access to buses, LUAS (tram) and walkable distance to main railway station.
No smoking, except outside - please properly dispose of anything you smoke.
We are end-of-terrace, but please keep noise levels to a minimum after hours. The neighbours are lovely - we'd like to keep them that way.
Check-in is after 3pm (although sometimes you can drop your bags off earlier) and we'll e-mail key collection details beforehand - you'll be collecting them near the house.
