Guests love this home’s spaciousness for a comfortable stay.
I love that this unit is on the bottom floor tucked away in a private corner with easy access to back yard where the pool and hot tub are located. It is only a short walk to the beach public access.

Other things to note
When traveling without your parents, all guests must be 21 years old or older.

Although my house rules are listed, the association for Ventura has rules of their own that must be followed by all renters and their guests. You will find them posted in the unit. The mgt company has authorization to evict any guests that do not follow the rules and no deposit or rental payment will be reimbursed.
