Directions to go to the apartment:
From the airport take the shuttle (bus 747): it's 10$ but then it gives you access to all public transport in Montreal during 24 hours.
Take the shuttle until the end. You'll arrive at the bus station from Berri uqam.
From there I suggest you to take the bus 125 at the corner of Berri and Ontario street. Just in front of the bus station. It's a 20 minutes bus ride and you arrive at the corner of ontario and bennet (bus stop: william david )which is my street. There are buses every 20 minutes.
You can although take the metro there at station Berri uqam. From there, you'll have to take the green line of the subway (direction Honore Beaugrand) until station Pie IX. Then you can walk (around 15-20'). Or take the bus on Pie IX (139) street until street Adam. Then you'll have 5 minutes of walk on Adam until Bennet. Then it's right side: 1472 Bennett.
If it's not too cold. I'll suggest you to rent a bixi bike (for 7$ a day or 15$ for 3 day) you can bike with all around the city. Then you'll be 15' from downtown from my place. There is a the bicycle way that pass in front of my apartment and that goes along the river st laurent. I really love to take it to go downtown, especially in the old part of the city.
Other Things to Note
Q:Is there any parking's around the building?
A: Yes, you can park your car on the street where it's available and this is generally free. Be careful there are some restricted areas.
Q:Do towels and sheets are included in the rental?
A: Yes, they are.
Q: How much is the apartment, what is the total charge for my stay?
A: The rate is calculated and displayed on this page when you enter your dates, without need to pay or give credit card info. What you pay here on this site is all you will pay for the apartment for the nights you have booked. That's it, nothing more.
Q: Do I have to leave a security deposit?
A: Yes by airbnb but I normally never take it as I've never had any problem. It's just in case.
Q: Is the apartment available for my dates?
A: I try to keep the calendar here up-to-date, but check with me first to be sure.
Q: I'm arriving early in the morning or late at night, is that OK?
A: It's not a problem. As long as I have an estimated time of arrival the day before your trip, and a text when your about 1 hour away I can coordinate the rest.
Q: I have an adorable dog that weighs less than 2 pounds and fits in my purse and never barks, may I bring him along?
A: I'm sorry, I love dogs, cats and all living creatures but some guests are allergic and so I do not allow pets at all.

A: Yes, of course.. Bring your whole family if you like.
Q: I'm new to Airbnb... how does this work?
A: click here: http://www.airbnb.com/info/how_it_works

Q: Once I book, how do I get the keys?
A: In order for me to coordinate getting the keys to you please give me an approximate arrival time. It does not need to be exact, just an idea. Then on the day of your trip, if your driving, taking the train, or bus, text me when your about 1 hour away. If your flying in, text me when you touch down.

La cuisine équipée de tout le nécessaire pour vous faire à manger. The kitchen with all what you need to make your own lunch.
She was very attentive, she always searched ways to help us in our needs, she was very nice with us. I recommend her strongly.
The apartament is great. It has all necessary things and it is located in a very nice neighbourhood. Very close to the centre of the city. The contact with Rozenn was very easy and she was very fast in answering all our questions.
My boyfriend and I had a very good experience staying in Rozenns apartment. When we first arrived, the key was not where we were told it would be, which caused us 5 minutes of (unnessesary) frustration, untill it turned out, that Rozenn lives right above the apartment and just wanted to give us the key personally.
Rozenn is very friendly, the apartment looks just like the pictures and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro, from which it takes another 15 to reach downtown.
