Welcome to Seascape! Our oceanfront retreat located in the famous Penn Cove.

It is made up of 3 separate buildings :

★ Sea-house ⎯ the main house with 3 bedrooms & a luxury kitchen.
★ Sea-suite ⎯ a studio guest suite with a kitchenette & game room.
★ Sea-shack ⎯ a tiny house with one bedroom.

Outside you get the best view on the island, a large yard, bocce ball, horse shoes, & patio perfect for entertaining.

We do have a local property manager that is available if any issues arise and to check on the property. He may stop in during your stay.

The home is on a private well and septic system. Seasonally the home does get a sulfur smell in the water.
