■ An entire inn. We renovated an old house along the old Hokoku Kaido in Komoro, Shinshu, and opened it in November 2024.
The building has a retro Showa-era atmosphere, and on the first floor there is a kitchen, bath, toilet, spacious dining table and sofa space, so you can relax.
■ There are two 8-tatami Japanese-style rooms and a toilet on the second floor.

■ Senan is about a 12-minute walk from Komoro Station on the Hachinohe Railway. You can enjoy strolling through the atmospheric city streets, where old buildings and cityscapes remain within walking distance of the inn.
The area from Aramachi to Yoramachi along the old Hokoku Highway, where the inn is located, was once a bustling street lined with merchant houses during the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras. In recent years, it has been a high-profile area where fashionable variety stores, cafes, restaurants, etc. have been opening one after another.
Also, on the way from Senan to Komoro Station, there is Aioimachi Shopping Street, lined with Showa retro coffee shops and new unique shops. If you go a little further north, you can also stop by Honmachi-dori Street, which retains the atmosphere of an old post town.
Please enjoy a leisurely walk around Komoro.
The space
■ The entire house, which is a renovated old private house, is rented out to one group, so you can use it freely during your stay as if you were at home.
The front door is a keyless lock (unlocked with a code), so you can come and go freely.
■ Fully equipped with appliances and dishes. There are also pots available, so you can prepare ingredients at a nearby supermarket and enjoy a pot party in winter.
The internet environment is also well equipped, so you can use it comfortably for workation or remote work. (Discounts for consecutive nights)
■ The Japanese-style room on the 2nd floor also has old-fashioned board games, children's picture books, and toys.
Kotatsu is provided in winter. I hope you will have a relaxing and enjoyable time with your family or group.

★ At check-in, the staff may explain the accommodation, but it is basically self check-in.
Please check in between 4 pm and 7 pm.
* Please let us know if you will be arriving after 7 pm.
* We will email you the entrance code and self check-in instructions. Please be sure to check your email and reply to confirm.
★ No use of the facility by anyone other than guests.
⚫️ Please be quiet after 9 pm.
⚫️ No smoking in the building. (Ashtrays are provided in the front yard. Please be careful with fire because it is an old wooden building)
※ Please refrain from talking in the garden after 9 pm as it will disturb the neighbors.
⚫️ Pets are not allowed.
⚫ ️ No loud equipment, drugs, or dangerous materials allowed.
⚫️ Fireworks and bonfires are strictly prohibited on the premises.
⚫ ️ We are not responsible for any theft, accident, or trouble in the parking lot.
* Please be careful when entering and exiting the parking lot as visibility is poor.
(There is parking for 2 cars, but because it is on a slope, cars with low height on the right side may rub against the car body. If you come with two cars, we will guide you separately, so please contact us by email.)
⚫️ Please be sure to contact us if any of the facilities or items inside or outside the room are damaged, soiled, or lost. If you do not contact us, or if the damage is significant, we will charge you for the repair or the purchase of an equivalent item.
