The entry is entirely separate, with no shared spaces, and dial the code for hassle-free, independent check-in upon arrival.

House Rules and Guidelines
1. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility; we’ll do our best to accommodate.
2. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Please avoid smoking inside the basement. Any violation may result in additional cleaning fees.
3. No Pets Allowed: We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets to maintain allergy-free spaces for future guests.
4. No Parties or Events: Please respect the quiet nature of the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
5. Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. If you have visitors, please inform us in advance.
6. Clean Up After Yourself: While we don’t expect spotless cleaning, please tidy up and clean any dishes or cookware used.
7. Laundry: laundry facilities are available, please follow posted instructions for using the washer and dryer. Kindly limit laundry to reasonable loads and avoid running the machines late at night to respect noise levels.
8. Safety and Security: Make sure to lock the doors when you leave the space. For your safety, please do not tamper with smoke detectors or other safety devices.
9. Respect the Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise, especially in shared or outdoor spaces. Avoid loud music and gatherings that may disturb others.
10. Report Any Damages: Accidents happen! If anything breaks, please let us know right away so we can repair or replace it.
