The interior of this upper level unit is filled with natural light and cathedral ceilings that inspire an airy feel and create a sense of openness. Beautiful, large white counters in the kitchen add a touch of sophistication while providing ample space for cooking and dining on the top-of-the-line appliance suite. Off the kitchen, a glass door opens to a private sun deck, perfect for a morning or evening beverage as you enjoy the ocean breeze.

In the living room, plantation shutters and double pained windows provide privacy and peace. The master retreat offers high ceilings, two walk-in closets, and a spa-like bath. Two additional bedrooms include a queen with an adjacent bathroom and a bunk bedroom that sleeps four. Across from these bedrooms is an additional well-appointed bathroom with a large glass shower.
The third floor of this superb home invites you to additional living space with a comfortable couch as well as a private daybed and television area that can serve as a 4th bedroom. A full bathroom is also located on the third floor.
The expansive rooftop deck is perfect for entertaining with ocean views and and the convenience of an outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ grill.

-No parties or gatherings.
-We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. However, construction can pop up anytime in the City of Newport Beach without notice. N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.
