It is the old residential house with four floors. The flat is located in the basement area - this space served as an accomodation for household servants in the past. The flat has three rooms - the biggest room is the livíng room with a mezzanine bed, the second one is the kitchen and the third one is the bathroom. You will not hear the noise from the street, as there are windows directed to the quite backyard.

Guest access
You can use the whole flat. Nobody else have the access there during your stay.

Other things to note
There is the round and steep staircase leading to the basement (no elevator), where the apartment is located, so this is worth of considering for people with disabilities.
