The entire house is yours, plus the front and side yards for relaxing outdoors. A couple of quick notes so there are no surprises: the parking spaces and the storage container in the back are not part of the rental (the container may occasionally be accessed during business hours, with minimal disruption), and the exterior spigots are locked for security — just reach out if you need access and we'll help right away.

Other things to note
Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival easy, day or night. For your peace of mind, exterior security cameras cover the entry doors, back lot, driveway, and south exterior door — these are outdoor-only and never inside the home.
