Upstairs, you'll discover three coastal bedrooms that can easily house up to 10 guests. With a king bed, a queen bed, and a delightful bunk room perfect for a restful sleep or a cozy movie night, the sleeping arrangements promise comfort and fun. And don't forget the main floor bedroom with a queen bed that's perfect for 2 guests!

Keep in mind that some guests do leave items, so we are unaware of items that might not be 100% functional and/or broken. If you happen to leave an item, we ask that it not be broken, as other guests might mistake that for something we provided.

Other things to note
• We’re excited to include a 6-seater golf cart with your stay because it’s one of the best ways to get around Port Aransas! Rentals can be expensive and time-consuming, especially during peak season when they can reach $200+ per night. Please treat the cart with care and follow the rules outlined in the golf cart agreement. If you notice any issues, let us know right away. We perform regular maintenance and tune-ups so guests can continue to enjoy this fun and convenient amenity. In the rare event the golf cart requires service during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to help arrange a comparable rental with a local vendor.
• Our home is treated regularly by a professional pest control company. However, as a coastal property, occasional insects can still appear despite preventative treatments. While we work hard to keep the home clean and well maintained, the presence of insects or minor maintenance issues does not qualify for refunds. In the rare event our scheduled pest control happens during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and will do our best to work around your schedule.
• We're happy to welcome dogs, and must be approved and added to the reservation in advance. If a dog is brought without prior approval or payment, a $500 fee may apply and could result in cancellation of your reservation. The pet fee is $50 per pet, and we allow up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs (sometimes making exception for 3, please request in advance). Unfortunately, due to severe allergies in our children, we are unable to allow cats.
• To operate the golf cart, guests must provide government-issued photo ID and sign a golf cart agreement.
Driver requirements:
• 21+ years old to operate the cart (per local rules)
• 25+ years old during Spring Break
Port Aransas has specific regulations about where golf carts may be driven, and drivers are responsible for following all city rules. These guidelines will be shared prior to your stay.
• Please keep the garage door closed when not in use to help maintain security. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the garage or around the property. If any property items are stolen due to the garage being left open, guests may be held responsible.
• Special requests are always welcome, but they are subject to availability at check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Some requests may involve additional fees.
