The space
Blue Bird Hilltop Retreat offers a serene, ground-level private apartment. Located in a peaceful building with eight units—four on the lower level and four above—this cozy retreat is the far left, lower unit, providing extra privacy.

You’ll have the convenience of two parking spaces just steps from your front door, making your stay hassle-free.

Inside, the living room is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a cozy dual-reclining sofa—perfect for unwinding with a good book or streaming your favorite shows. I've even included one of my favorite fiction books for you to enjoy during any downtime—a little something special to make your stay feel like home.

The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal prep a breeze, featuring convenient appliances like an air fryer, crock pot, single-serve blender, and a Keurig coffee maker. We've stocked a variety of coffee options for you to enjoy, and included a reusable K-cup filter if you'd like to bring your favorite ground coffee from home. A dishwasher is also available, making cleanup quick and easy. Whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a full meal, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

In the bedroom, sink into the ultimate comfort of a queen-size memory foam mattress, wrapped in luxurious 700-thread count sheets and a plush down-alternative comforter, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room is thoughtfully designed to create a calming and serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Step into a bathroom designed for relaxation and style. The 30-inch vanity provides ample space for getting ready with ease. Dried eucalyptus stems infuse the space with a natural, calming scent that comes to life with the steam and heat from your shower—releasing essential oils that promote a soothing, spa-like experience.

We’ve elevated the bath experience with plush, hotel-quality towels. These premier towels boast a modern, soft gauze weave for a touch of luxury, giving you that five-star feel every time you wrap up. For added convenience, we've included soft hair turban towels that are perfect for quick drying, as well as 100% cotton face cloths, gentle enough to remove makeup with ease. And for the little details that make a difference, a fresh loofah is provided for every guest—a thoughtful touch for a complete and pampered stay.

The patio offers an Adirondack-style chair where you can sip a drink while taking in stunning mountain views.


A convenient onsite laundry facility is just steps away, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during your stay. To make laundry a breeze, we've provided coins for the machines, along with laundry pods and dryer sheets. You'll also find a laundry basket in the closet for added convenience.

Please note, NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed in accordance with apartment complex rules. A $300 fine will be imposed for any violations.
