We had in the past included it in the listing. Unfortunately. the wear and tear from guest’s has been greater than we anticipated. So, we’re doing what the other Airbnb’s in the community are doing. We’ve started charging a fee to use the golf cart. The fee is $58/dollars a day with a 3 night minimum or free for use during your entire stay if the Airbnb is booked for 7 nights. Just let us know when you book if you’d like to use the golf cart during your stay.

Important Information for Guests:
During check-in at the campgrounds, guests will be required to provide a $250 security deposit to the Calusa Campground staff. This deposit is refundable within 72 hours of check-out and is held to cover any potential damage to shared areas within the campground. Additionally, please note the following fees:
• A $10 reservation fee per booking.
• A $10 parking fee applies for any extra vehicles.
• A $25 decal fee is required if you plan to bring a boat or jet ski
