The space
Step inside this beautifully restored 1930s cottage and you'll find two king bedrooms, each with a smart TV, independently controlled mini split, and closets. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has a private hall bath — both with walk-in showers. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living space make it easy to settle in, while the private hot tub and lakeside patio are just steps away.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire cottage, private hot tub, and lakeside patio. Please note the parking lot surrounding the property belongs to Sam's Pizza Pub — unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

Other things to note
This property is pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. Limit 1 pet with max 35 lbs. Any excessive cleaning or damage fees will be charged to the guest on file. Additionally, you must pick up all waste and dispose of it.

The Flamingo Flophouse comes with 1 designated covered parking spot right in front of the cabin. The cabin is located on the Sam's Pizza Pub property and parking is limited. Please send a request if you have an oversized vehicle, or need additional parking for extra vehicles or trailers. We will need to give you instructions to park at our overflow parking lot down the street.
