Welcome to “La Dolce Vita Villa” where we invite you to indulge in the ‘sweet life’! Every corner of this property is designed to immerse guests in an elevated, photo worthy experience, with its indoor-outdoor living. This property can comfortably accommodate 14 guests making it the ideal spot for a bachelorette trip, girls' vacation, couples get-away or a ‘staycation’.

Located just 5 minutes from Rainey Street, 6th Street, South Congress, and East 6th, and only 10 minutes from the airport, this isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an EXPERIENCE!

Room Accommodations:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Smart TV, full-length mirror, private master bathroom with shower and vanity, walk-in closet, and access to the outdoor workout space.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 43" Smart TV, desk, full-length mirror, private bathroom (located downstairs).
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 50" Smart TV, closet, access to the outdoor workout space, shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 4: Full-over-queen bunk bed, 50" Smart TV, closet, full-length mirror, access to shared bathroom.
• Bedroom 5: 2 Full beds, 50" Smart TV, closet, fireplace, full-length mirror, shared bathroom.

Each bedroom is outfitted with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, spacious closets with hangers and shelves, nightstands with reading lights, and blackout blinds for the ultimate sleep experience.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with bath towels, hand towels, makeup towels, and washcloths. For your convenience, each bathroom also includes a hairdryer and straightener (lightening your packing!).

• Laundry Room: Equipped with a washer and dryer, and we provide detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a dining table seating 10, a propane BBQ, and an outdoor firepit surrounded by seating for 8 – perfect for ending the night. Play games like volleyball, ping pong, Jenga, and cornhole, or lounge with pool toys and floaties. We provide outdoor-friendly plastic cups, plates, and wine glasses for ultimate convenience.
• Outdoor Seating: The covered outdoor kitchen features a massive dining table seating 10, ideal for meals under the stars. Two dreamy porch swings offer the ultimate spot for relaxation.
• Pool/Hot Tub: A resort-style pool with water features, infinity edge hot tub, customizable lighting for evening dips, and an 85" outdoor TV mounted above the pool for luxury entertainment. Lounge chairs and daybeds line the pool deck, with umbrellas for added shade. Pool towels are provided.
• Firepit: Enjoy the propane gas firepit surrounded by twinkle lights, with seating for 8. To create the perfect Austin night atmosphere, we provide skewers for roasting marshmallows.
