The Space

The apartment is part of a building built about 1880, it is located on the fift floor (with elevator ) has got a large entrance room,a double room for 4 beds that can easly host families leaving a little privacy for the parents as the room is split into two, plus a second quite large bedroom and two bathrooms, the bigger one has a bathtube, as well as a shower and the second one, smaller, has a shower.
Being on fifth and last floor is quite bright and it looks on an inner courtyard relatively quite.
We are at a walking distance from the main train station "Termini"and therefore we can use litterally all the pubblic transport of the city,
It is conveniently located to board any transport to and from both airports Fiumicino and Ciampino.
We are in one of the so said seven hills of Rome ,"Esquilino" it is a bustling area where many comunities leave together, at about 20minutes walk from the Colosseum and 25/30 from Trevi Fountain.Full of all kinds of restaurants and pizzerias as well as the biggest and the oldest daily market where we get our fresh food supply.

House Rules

we love our house and we hope people will love it too. Leaving in apartment it is important to behave on the respect of the property end the respect of the neighbour.
It is very important in the old bulding to make sure the lift doors are properly closed as they are not automatic and this is often a problems for the rest of the people leaving on the building.
