Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • My husband and I just spent 4 nights at Wilfred's beautiful home and had such a wonderful time. Wilfred met us there to check us in, and gave us all the information that we would need to use all of the great amenities that this building offers its guests. He was very nice and made us feel very welcome.
Even though the apartment is a studio, it was spacious and had a simple but very nice decor. The couch was very comfortable, as was the bed. This is a corner apartment, so not only do you get views of the waterfront (with the Statue of Liberty), but also a view of the cityscape. It was absolutely stunning.
Flanking the apartment complex is a nice deli that has almost everything you could imagine (with very reasonably priced items) and a drug store, and it was only a few minute walk to the subway.
I absolutely recommend this rental--everything was amazing from the location, decor, view and the host. It is so much better than staying in a hotel (more spacious with a nice kitchen and costs less than other hotels in the area) and I can't wait to come back in the future!
    You will not be disappointed!

  • I highly recommend Wilfred and his lovely apartment. Wilfred was an extremely attentive host who made sure our arrival and stay went as smoothly as possible. The apartment was exactly what we wanted - airy, cozy, and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the view is a revelation.

  • Wilfred is a charming and delightful host! He left us a bottle of champagne for New Year! His apartment was just as described. The building is luxury and immaculate and safe with the 24 hour doorman. The top floor apartment has spectacular views of the river and Lady Liberty. Wilfred's apartment, though simply furnished, has every thing you need or want and more for your stay. The gym in the building is GREAT. The location is definitely not central but the subways are minutes walk away or a taxi usually right there when you want one. For us it was perfect to be away from it all and easy to get there when we wanted it. There is a deli grocery just downstairs for your basic needs and a Whole Foods 15 minutes walk to Tribeca. The laundry was a bit of a learning curve for me, you have to use the laundry card and charge it with money for the machines (they don't accept coins), not do difficult to figure out. The machine to charge the laundry card is by the mailboxes. Over all a wonderful stay! Thanks Wilfred!

  • While our trip was delayed due to weather conditions, Wilfred was very understanding about our predicament and our arriving later than expected. Wilfred was great at getting back to our emails quickly and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Greeting us upon our arrival, Wilfred showed us around his great Battery Park Studio and we were blown away with the view and the location. The apartment was the perfect size for my girlfriend and I, and extremely comfortable for our week long stay. While we could make coffee in the apartment, there was an amazing market/deli downstairs (Cucina Liberta) where we started our mornings or grabbed a quick bite to eat before heading out on the town. Subway lines and access to Taxi's were close by either in front of the building or across the street at The Ritz Carlton. We had a wonderful stay at Wilfred's Corner Studio apartment and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
