The Escandon neighborhood was founded in the early 19th century and was part of the Hacienda de la Condesa, and it is divided into 2 sections: Escandon I & Escandon II. Villa Mural pertains to the first. We are located within what is known to be "the geographical center of the metropolitan area" which gives our guests a chance to move faster and more easily in any direction.

In our immediate area, there are all kinds of businesses within a 5 block radius: several convenience stores or as we call them "corner shops"; the Escandon local market with all kinds of fresh produce; restaurants, coffee shops & bakeries; pharmacy stores; banks with ATM machines; barber shops; and even a fire department, a police department and a church just around the corner. The Escandon is, in short, a centric and accessible neighborhood, with all kinds of services at your fingertips.

You can also walk to the Metropoli Patriotismo shopping mall, located a bit over one kilometer away, and which features multiple stores and a cinema complex and a gym.

Moreover, the WTC & the Pepsi Center lies less than 2 kms. away, with an approximate transfer time of 10 minutes by car.
