Our family-owned spacious two-story home has 4BR/3BA, 🌅 stunning Delaware Bay views, & is surrounded by a protected wildlife refuge.

Just 100 yards from Reeds Beach, our house is perfect for fishing 🎣, birdwatching 🐦, and unrivaled sunset strolls.

Nestled in nature 🌾 but minutes to Stone Harbor, Wildwood, & Cape May 🏖️, you'll enjoy a peace, scenic, family-ready experience perfect for sipping morning coffee ☕ or cheers-ing with local wine 🍷 on the deck.

🏖️ Beach Access – Delaware Bay at Reeds Beach

Bayview Oasis is just a 4-minute walk to the peaceful shoreline of Reeds Beach

The closest public beach access is located at the dead end of South Beach Drive, where you'll find a small staircase 🪜 that leads over the seawall and onto the sandy beach

🚶‍♀️ Or enjoy a 15-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to North Beach Drive for a larger beach and scenic jetty walk (this is the perfect spot for fishing, too!)

🌊 Please note: The home is adjacent to the bay, not directly on it.

💧 The Delaware Bay is swimmable and shallow, but like most bay beaches, the water is a bit murkier than the ocean

We're a short drive to some of the best ocean beaches in South Jersey:

Our two-story home is surrounded by protected wetlands and sits on elevated piles due to its bay proximity.

Both front entrances are accessed via short flights of steps on wooden decking.

There is no elevator or ramp access at this time.
