Guests say this home is in a quiet area.
Escape to the tranquility of nature less than 5 minutes from Jobos Beach. Updated and decorated camper on our 5 acre farm. Bright, cozy and cheerful inside and large deck with outdoor living space. Indoor and outdoor kitchens, private outdoor shower. Small private pool and deck, tiki fire pit and lush plantings. The farm is 5 acres and has large trees, a fire pit, swing, and lots of outdoor space. See hummingbirds, parrots, iguanas and horses.
The space
Finca las Samanes is our 5 acre farm that is located only 1.5 miles from Jobos beach. It has 2 other campers besides this one, and a shared fire pit. There is also a 3 bedroom house with a fenced yard that is attached to the farm. The campers are spaced apart and landscaped in order to provide privacy for guests. This camper is the last one in the row of the 3 campers.
Guest access
Guests have access to wander around the farm.
The camper has a tiki torch fire pit that is private to this camper. There is a larger wood burning fire pit in the field across from the camper that is shared with the other 2 campers.
We have horses in a fenced area, please do not go inside the fence with the horses. Also please be aware the the horses' fence is electric, it will shock you if you touch it.
Other things to note
The farm is located in a safe area. There are residences all around, but it can feel isolated and dark at night due to the size of the property.
The gate must be opened and closed manually.
The outdoor area and pool can aquire leaves and dust due to being located under large trees in a breezy area. The pool is cleaned before your arrival and we provide a pool net for maintenance while you are there.
In an outdoor environment surrounded by nature, you could encounter insects or mosquitos or other wildlife such as lizards and birds. We can't control mother nature.
The outdoor shower is intended as the main shower and has hot water. It has plants inside and outside, designed to enhance the experience and provide privacy. You may use the inside shower but it does not have hot water.
Cooking can be done either outdoors or indoors.
Other guests may or may not be staying at the other campers during your stay. In the case that they are, please be respectful in regards to loud music or noise.

My name is Kelda and I am originally from the Dallas, Texas area. I studied animal production and equine science in college and I worked on horse farms and saddle shops for several years. I decided to trade the farm life for island life and I moved to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico in 2010. I started out as a horseback riding tour guide, and then began managing vacation rentals for a friend. I am now a licensed real estate agent for F. L. Realty in Aguadilla. Our main property is Campomar Villas, which we have been working on improving for the last few years. I also manage a few other nearby AirBnB properties for my real estate clients.
Being an AirBnB host has been a great experience and I have gotten to meet people from all over the country and even the world. I love this area and it makes me happy to see my guests enjoying and appreciating it as I do.
I love the laid back lifestyle, the friendly people, and especially the wide variety of gorgeous beaches in this area.
In my free time I like being outdoors, gardening, scuba diving, riding horses on the beach, and my favorite activity- just hanging out on the beach with my friends and my dog.
