Many Memories for years to come!
Jeff made us very welcome. A quick phonecall and we were given directions to the boat. He was very approachable and gave us a guided tour of the facilities, pool, clubhouse with Poole, gym, wifi, toilets and showers. We met some friendly boat owner neighbours who gave advise about the neighbourhood as did Jeff. The boat itself was adequate for 2 people and their baggage. We own a Motorhome so felt quite at home in the space. Jeff made it clear we should treat it as our home while we were there. We have relatives in the neighbourhood who were very welcome to visit, as was their dog! The boat was clean. We loved to sit on the upper deck, taking in the ambience and view of the marina. Having stayed at The Ramada next door, we agree entirely with, 'Why stay in a boring Hotel'. We will definitely be back! Great idea!
Jeff is a fantastic host. Easy to reach, quick to respond, and super friendly. Only complaint....we wish we could've stayed longer!
I was leery about all the rave reviews for this property, thinking it must be too good to be true. But let me assure you, this boat stay, and the host were awesome!! Every positive review is absolutely deserved. Jeff was very personable and easy-going. He was perfectly accommodating, and gave some great tips on things to do. The only bummer thing is we only stayed for one night before jetting home from Florida. I would love to stay there for at least a week. The boat is comfortable and charming, and the showers, restaurant, pool, and gym are easily accessible and welcoming. Thanks for everything, Jeff!!
I stayed on Jeff's boat for one week while in Fort Lauderdale on business. Jeff was easily accessible and always ready to lend a hand if needed. The boat was great, the facilities are excellent and the view from the boat was wonderful. I will be back to visit again as son as I can!
Beautiful location, plenty of amenities, friendly + accommodating host, and a good bargain for what you get. Definitely recommend trying it out.
This is what I would usually consider "too good to be true"; my friends and I will definitely be heading to Jeff's boat again next time we're in the area! I hate to write all-positive reviews because it sounds fake, but it's true as far as Jeff's concerned. Good luck getting a spot!
Staying on Jeff's boat was an excellent way to spend the weekend in Ft. Lauderdale. He met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the marina where the boat is docked. He was easy to reach and communicated well. The boat was clean and ready to go. Jeff even stocked the fridge with bottled water for us. The boats living compartment is small and cozy. The bed slept two pretty well and I am a big dude. Summary, both Jeff and his boat are well worth the time.
HI, I am from Indiana and moved down to Florida to enjoy the beach and make new friends. I am into fishing and boating and have been since I was little. I am a very clean and neat person. I take pride in my possessions. I always treat people and their items with respect something that my parents taught me as a child. My life motto is always treat people the way you want to be treated. Respect is the key to life.
