This cute place offers 'Captain Quarters' & a covered boat slip located on the channel in the Port O' Call subdivision of Port Isabel near the lighthouse square. Convenient access to SPI via nearby Queen Isabella Causeway, & walking distance to the best PI restaurants & attractions. Fish off the back deck, kayak, bring/rent a boat & take advantage of unparalleled water access to fish, or take a boat ride for SPI bayside dining. Cozy downstairs has all you need, spacious upstairs King bedroom.

The space
Cute 'captain quarters' & covered boat slip located in the Port O' Call subdivision of Port Isabel near the lighthouse square. Convenient access to SPI, close to Queen Isabella Causeway. Walking distance to the best PI restaurants & attractions. 1st level floor plan incorporates living, dining & kitchen, creating a functional space w/ water views & access to a 1/2bath. Sliding door leads onto a large deck built over the water w/ a full boat slip & fish cleaning station. Enjoy fishing from the backdoor, or take the kayaks out in the channel. Spacious upstairs bedroom w/ King bed accessed by spiral stairs w/ full bath & large shower (no tub), as well a balcony w/ nice views. Perfect for viewing Space X launches, but better for fishing or boat rides. Dock-up & grab dinner along the bay in SPI. Access to the bay & gulf is unmatched, as this is the only deep channel access around. Living room provides a "pull-out" futon for a guest, w/ additional cot accessible in master closet. Fully & tastefully furnished, 2 large TV's w/ WIFI.

You have the whole place to yourself. The right side pier you have access to half of, which is accessed through large gate/door.

Other things to note
There is not much room for parking, but adequate for 1 car. You can park your car parallel to the front of the house, and if you get close enough to the house, you can fit another car parallel to it parked in the street. If you have a boat, there is no room for a trailer and you'll want to park it at public park Pelican Point Marina located at 40 Tarpon Ave, Port Isabel, TX 78578
