Ann is a warm and oh-so gracious host -- the epitome of southern hospitality! For our morning enjoyment, there was fresh brewed coffee and a cornucopia of snacks and treats. A terrific communicator, Ann sought to make sure our stay in "tranquility" was excellent. It was.
Her gorgeous home, nestled among mature pine and oak trees, is very tastefully and completely appointed, impeccably clean, and yet undemanding. An inviting and spacious screened in porch with teak wood floor overlooks a huge in-ground pool which is cuddled by brick pavers and grass so green it would make a frog blush. The nearby hammock is perfect for an afternoon siesta - I can personally attest to it. The landscaping is professional and looks AMAZING! This was a wonderful stay for us!
This was our first stay with an Airbnb hostess and we could not have been more impressed and grateful to have such a wonderful home for our visit to Marietta. The house was beautiful and immaculately kept. The location was very conveniently located and safe. I loved the quietness of staying in Ann's beautiful home especially when compared to the noisy slamming of doors and cleaning cart wheels of a hotel. I felt completely comfortable and at home. I will be booking again if Ann will have us. Thank you for your hospitality
We had a wonderful time staying at the Foust's beautiful home in Marietta! Ann was out of town and her husband, Reed, was a magnificent host. Reed made us feel very welcome and our stay was an amazing experience.
The Foust's home is on a wooded lot and very quiet and secluded, which was magnificent. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the morning enjoying the serenity of their beautifully landscaped back yard.
We hope to have the opportunity to stay the the Reed's home on our next trip to the Atlanta area.
Ann and Reed were wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful, impeccably clean, spacious, and simply lovely, in a quiet, four acre wooded setting. They were generous, polite, and welcoming, and they did their best to make their home a home away from home for me. They went above and beyond in every way and I feel blessed to have had them as my hosts. I am new to the Atlanta area and they provided me with plenty of information and really great advice that proved to be a huge resource.
The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage space for my things in the dresser drawers and a walk-in closet, and they even let me keep my bicycle in their garage. They also provided a full size fridge and freezer and access to washer and dryer.
My stay here was a delight, truly a place to come to and relax after a long day in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

About the Host, Ann
I am a business owner and absolutely love to travel. I enjoy traveling internationally and exploring new places. The outskirts of Cancun, Mexico is one of my very favorite vacation spots. The water is beautiful and it's a great relaxing, low-key area. My favorite experiences are when I am renting a private owners home, condo or staying at B & B's. I enjoy feeling like I am at home with lots of space and all the amenities I am accustom to having at home: a kitchen, large bedroom, family space, outdoor space, etc. That's just not something you get with a traditional hotel chain. Oh, and my very favorite is traveling during low-season. The crowds are few and you can really just soak in the ambience without waiting in long lines and being shuffled thru like a heard of cattle.
I do work while I travel. My must-haves are: my airbook (love-it), wireless internet, and my contigo travel mug full of coffee - Yum. And, yes, I'm the fruity one sitting out by the pool or on the beach, sporting the laptop and cell phone while I get a few minutes of r&r and catch up on some work.
